How Our Semi-Custom Stationery Works

PLACE YOUR ORDER
When placing your order, you will receive a form that makes choosing your customization options easy. Once your order is placed, we will email you with a scheduled date for your digital proof delivery!

WAIT FOR YOUR KEEPSAKE INVITATIONS
Once your paper goods are approved for printing, we take care of the rest! Your keepsake invitations will be packaged with love & shipped to you within 2-3 weeks of approval.

Print Methods
DIGITAL PRINTING
Our signature printing method, your invitation design will be printed onto the paper of your choice with a digital press. This method offers the quickest turnaround!
LETTERPRESS PRINTING
A custom plate with your invitation design is created and then filled with ink and imprinted into the paper that you choose. This gives your invitation a luxe look and texture!

1 PLY WHITE LINEN STOCK
Available for our menus and programs with digital printing. Beautiful with a slight texture.
SIGNATURE 2 PLY WHITE LINEN STOCK
Available with digital printing. The signature stock for our invitations and save the dates. Our most loved paper, it includes a touch of beautiful texture.
LUXE HANDMADE PAPER
Available with digital or letterpress printing. Timeless and vintage - a beautiful luxury option.
WHITE 2 PLY COTTON STOCK
Available with letterpress printing. Cotton is so timeless and beautiful, making it the perfect backdrop for your letterpressed paper goods.
Ink Colors
We have hand-picked a menu of beautiful ink colors for you to choose from. All of our paper goods and envelope liners can be customized with any of these ink colors. We are always happy to consider a custom color you may have in mind.
Script Fonts & Heirloom Crests
We have hand-selected a variety of beautiful, timeless fonts for you to choose from. These fonts are available with all of our paper goods.
We have also created six different heirloom crests for your selection. This can be printed at the top of your invitation and/or on the back of your outer envelope above your return address.

Every invitation and Save the Date order includes your choice of any of our signature envelope colors. Choose from the following colors, listed top to bottom

FAQs
When should I place my order?
We encourage brides to order any paper good at least 4 months before they need the items to be mailed or available for their wedding
Can my order be rushed?
Yes! If you need your paper goods sooner, please reach out to us. If we can accommodate, we can speed up your order for a fair rush fee.
Is there an order minimum?
With Covid-19 impacting wedding sizes, we now allow a Save the Date and Invitation minimum order of 15. Please contact us for our the all-inclusive elopement packages available in these smaller quantities.
Can I change the quantity of invitations I ordered and do you accept cancellations?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust the invitation count to a smaller quantity. In some cases, if we are able to notify our print production partner in time, we can add more invitations to your order for an additional cost. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations 24 hours after your order is placed.
How many Invitations should I order?
You will need one invitation suite for every household represented by your guest list. In addition to that total, we suggest ordering 10-20 extra suites to account for any few additional guests you may need to invite, a copy for your wedding photographer and a couple invitations to reserve as keepsakes.
Do you offer digital invitation files for purchase?
To best serve our couples, we only offer printed invitations.
If I already had a venue illustration made for one paper good, do I need to purchase another venue illustration to be added to additional paper goods?
No! Once we create a venue illustration for you, it can be used on any additional paper goods for no added cost. For example, if your Save the Dates included your venue illustration and you would also like it included on your programs, let us know and we will send you a discount code!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We love working with couples from all over the world. For both domestic orders within the U.S & international orders, we charge a flat rate of $25 US Dollars for your carefully packaged invitations. Please allow extra time for international orders.
Do you mail my wedding invitations to guests?
We do not handle mailing. We carefully pack and ship each piece of your invitation suite so it is ready to assemble when it arrives to you!
